About Michi Inaba..a little.....

It has been written in Japanese....

ABOUT MICHI INABA

The murmur of mind ..one scene of time.

Michi Inaba's mother taught her the traditional Japanese cultural arts, including the tea ceremony, the art of Ikebanafolwer arranging and calligraphy. She learned how to play Koto and participate in the preparation and preasentation of the traditional tea ceremony. Her father was archited of traditional Japanese Buildings. He conlacted a Koto music professor and purchased a Koto for Michi. She learned all of these cultural skills before she was fifteen years old.However.Michi first love was art.She only liked to draw pictures and paint art work. She started following her heart and she felt that she must pull away from the traditional training she had received earlier from her parents .she wanted "not to look back ,but to walk only at my own road."When she was fifteen,Michi went to America and her art journey began also She learned about life and painting. After she finished high school in Japan she returned to America where she studied art in college. She learned that art demands stimulation.or inspiration. This lead to a variety of experiences in various areas which leads to the present and on to the future.Michi and her art are one.She says,"The picture was born there like the footprint on her life.It was like drawing the face which laughs during a very sad time and the picture does not miss any of the feelings of the heart...the drawing takes a positive look into the shadow world which is a fall from the heaven. The idea appears in the head...there it is ,the vitality which isn't stopped begins to breed there......

The Essay is....

It notes a stater of mind ,as if to open a drawer...

As there was nothing, the time has the important moment in passing...

The world where there is not form...

It has no choice but to learn unquely

Listen to a few expressions of her heart.
